Richard W. Petrocelli

President and Chief Operating Officer

Richard Petrocelli has been with GreenBytes since June 2007 and serves as the company's president and chief operating officer and chief legal counsel. Prior to joining GreenBytes, Petrocelli was president and chief legal counsel for Heartlab, Inc., from 2000 to 2006.

Prior to Heartlab, he was a member and partner in the law firm of Visconti & Petrocelli from 1982 to 1994. In 1994 he founded Petrocelli Law Offices and served as managing partner until 2000. He has served as arbitrator with the Rhode Island Courts, American Arbitration Association and Rhode Island Arbitration Association. He is a member of the Rhode Island and Connecticut Bar.

Mr. Petrocelli has authored numerous legal publications and served as adjunct professor of law at Southern New England School of law. He received a JD from Suffolk University School of Law, and a BA in history from the University of Rhode Island.
