Chief Financial Officer

Keith Seidman joined GreenBytes in May 2010 and serves as chief financial officer. In this role, Seidman manages all financial operations of the company and is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the company’s financial strategy, function and performance on a global basis.

Seidman joined GreenBytes from Acme Packet, Inc. where he led the company through multiple rounds of financing with major venture capital investors and its successful IPO. Prior to his time with Acme Packet, Inc., Seidman served as the Chief Financial Officer of Spotfire, Inc., an interactive, visual data analysis applications and services company. Before that, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Priority Call Management, Inc., a developer and provider of network-based solutions for telecommunication service providers that was acquired by the LHS Group. Keith also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Duracraft Corp., a consumer products company, where he helped plan and execute its initial public offering and its subsequent acquisition by Honeywell, Inc. 

Mr. Seidman is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
